The Southside Cocktail

The Southside cocktail, might be confused with the Chicago “South Side”, which is an entirely different drink. This drink is more like a gin daiquiri.

It’s not as exciting as the Chicago South Side, to be honest, but it’s still a rock solid cocktail. It just hits you with that mint/sour direction with a touch o’ gin for good measure.

1 1/2 oz. gin (juniper-light), 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup, 8 Mint Leaves
