However, this version of the recipe brings in green chartreuse instead of Yellow Chartreuse and uses Irish Whiskey over Rye. Making the Tipperary an international manhattan variation. This is an International Bartender Association drink recipe ratio based off the original documented classic era recipe.

* 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
* 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
* 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
* 1 Dashes Angostura Bitters
