The Bates Motel, this cocktail design is all about cherry, more cherry and black cherry. From black cherry bourbon with Red Stag to actual cherries and cherry juice included, it’s all red up in here. But the drink, it’s black.
We get obnoxious with our mint garnish and find that this drink is both sweet and kick-you-in-the-face. There is no sour counter balance to the sweet but the bourbon is center focused with a straight up punch in the mouth hole. Not weak.
