Day #3, we find our last Bloody Mary to get to the finals tomorrow. We have a wide variety of Bloody Mary recipes, many which fit more of a classic style and one that fits more of an Asian style of Bloody Mary. Which will make it to the finals?

College Bloody Mary Shooter

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz ketchup
3 dashes Texas Pete hot sauce
4 dashes celery bitters
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Few drops of lemon juice

Shake and strain.
Garnish with dash of black pepper on top and a cherry tomatoe on the lip of the shot glass.

Spicy Bacon Bloody Mary

1 oz Bakon Vodka
1/2 oz Whiskey of choice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Dash of salt and pepper
3-5 or one 5.5 oz can of Tomato juice
2-3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
2-3 dashes of Celery Bitters
1-2 Dashes Firewater Habanero bitters.

Method; add all ingredients into a shaker, and shake well. Before straining it into a pint glass or glass of choice rim it with Stirrings Bloody Mary salt.
Then garnish with a slice of lime, a celery stalk, and optionally a Habanero Pepper.

Feisty Mary

6 oz tomato/vegetable juice
2 oz vodka
2 dashes Worcestershire
Juice from one lemon wedge
3 dashes scrappy’s firewater bitters
3 dashes scrappy’s celery bitters
A few turns of a pepper grinder or shakes of ground pepper
Celery stalk
Crisp bacon strip

Combine all ingredient except celery and bacon in a pint glass.
Add ice and roll back and forth into another glass or shaker tin.
Serve in pint glass garnish with celery stalk and bacon strip.

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Jagermeister
6 oz. Tomato Juice (not V8)
1/4 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Dashes Scrappy’s Celery Bitters
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Dash Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
Dash Tabasco

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a large glass over ice and garnish with a celery stalk and other vegetables of your choice.

The Bloody Samurai

10 penny to nickel sized ginger piecesTablespoon of sugar1/2 lime juice
Muddle together ginger lime and sugar then add:

A barspoon of fish sauce
About half an ounce to an ounce of wasabi
About 1/4 oz of soy sauce
A dash of sriracha
2 oz of sake
5 oz tomato juice
5 drops of celery bitters
3 drops of firewater bitters

Shake and strain into an iced highball Garnish with a ginger slice and a celery stick
