Today we pull out our Rejigger and bust out a cocktail known as the Noah’s Negronic. Not only does it have bitters, it has a bitter liqueur: Campari. Of course, many of you know my distaste for campari, so the fact that we both can consume this without wanting to crunch up our face is a pretty amazing thing.
So, time to make something with the rejigger that turns out to be a worthwhile campari experience.

Noah’s Negroni Recipe
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz. Campari
- 3-5 dashes Orange Bitters (Scrappy’s or Bittercube work great)
