Today we make a mojito variant that tastes a lot like a mojito considering it has midori melon liqueur in it. Very surprised. It’s green, true, but it still doesn’t have the sweet flavor of midori as we would have assumed.

- 3/4 oz. Melon Liqueur
- 3/4 oz. White Rum
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp. Simple Syrup
- 12 Mint Leaves
