How To Make The Maguey Sour

Today we make the Maguey (“Mah-Gay”) Sour, a Mezcal cocktail that brings an egg white foam and looks like a guinness in seemingly carbonated head.

The flavor of an orange citrus, big non-intimidating smoke which will rise right up through the foam. But, not smokey like an Islay scotch–but it gives you a great appreciation for what Mezcal can do in a cocktail.

The Maguey Sour is a must try for those experimenting with Mezcal.
