Key lime pie is a great dessert but does it make a great cocktail? We’re using a Pinnacle key lime vodka to see how it goes. We were a bit surprised that the sour wasn’t more kicked up on bite, if you’re looking for a much more sour cocktail the Key Lime Pietini we did with Doug may be more up your alley. This version of the key lime pie cocktail brings a more light hearted after dinner drink but maintains a nice cream texture without the light green colors.
Recipe:
- 2 oz. Pinnacle Key Lime Whipped
- 1 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 oz. Cream
- Splash of Fresh Lime Juice
