How To Make The Romanian Zorro Shooter

Tasting Notes: Initial pickle juice flavors followed by a salty vinegar followed by a finisher of striking heat of tabasco.

Despite how it is spelled on the recipe card, the Zorro shot is a crazy little cocktail shooter. We’ve got lots of oddball ingredients for this simple shooter, something that many may decide to avoid. You’ve got to be a fan of hot spicy cocktails for this one to be a consideration, but what else do you do with your left over pickle juice?!

 Recipe:

  • 1/3 oz. Vodka
  • 2 Drops Tabasco
  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1 Dash Pepper
  • Top with Pickle Juice

Ok… This is the strangest stuff that you ever mixed on the show since I start watching it. And about the guy that sayed that an romanian bartender mixed that for him at a pub it`s… shamefull. I`m pretty shure that the bartender mocked (I think this is the right word or tease or in any case wanted to get a good laugh at the man`s expense) the guy, because I can assure you that you won`t find souch a drink in any fine bar, pub, cafe or any other romanian location.

Ha ha! Yeah, well, it just goes to show that you can find something for everyone anywhere in the world 🙂 However, this is the cocktail you believe is the strangest? We did do the Flatliner and other oddball shooters, all of which were strange to me 🙂
