Of course, the main goal was to focus on Fassett’s 65 to see how it compared to some of the other brands, since this one is a US-based brand retailing around $49.99, so it should become more easily accessible than some European absinthe brands. So, it’s fun to compare it to other absinthe brands that have existed for so many years.
Turns out, Fasette’s 65 is a worthy competitor with a lot of dynamic flavor that’s not too intense yet not too single focused either.
