Today we create an easy gin cocktail called the bay beach sipper, which has tonic and grapefruit soda and doesn’t taste a lot like gin apparently.

There is a bit of chaos and fun in this cocktail.

Maybe the use of Squirt soda instead? Or something with stevia?
