Tasting Notes: Nice creamy chocolate flavor with strong hints of citrus-like flavor. Super sweet with medium-heavy body.
We are shooting for beautiful colors in this cocktail. This recipe really highlights Blue Curacao as a flavor component, which is nice and a bit different. A good starter easter cocktail because it’s not too potent, brings some delicious sweetness in a nice small package.
Question of the day: Give us your thoughts on PEEPS. What’s your favorite color and does the color impact the flavor?
Recipe:
- 1 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1 oz. White Creme de Cacao
- Splash of Half-and-Half
- Chocolate Syrup Garnish (on cocktail glass)

April 6, 2012 at 12:13 pmIsn’t it too hard to drink a full glass of this one ? I think using only super sweet stuff or half and half to fill half a glass may result in something too sweet. Im used to serve only those kind of drinks as shots. However, i’ll may try that easter egg 😉
