With 2011 finished and in the books, we’re reflecting back at two cocktails including the Tiki Punch and the Captain Hook cocktails. However, a mysterious cocktail pops out that must be tasted and examined further. This show, co-hosted by both Don Dunn and his cousin Doug was a blast to shoot! In fact, the entire week of the three of us is by far some of our favorite work thus far on Common Man Cocktails.
Derrick, Doug and Don have been friends since Grade School and have grown up together, there is a chemistry in co-hosting this show that cannot possibly be reproduced elsewhere. There is no acting, this is just us being us and exactly how we act off-camera (pretty scary, eh?)

March 22, 2012 at 5:51 pmThe Tiki Punch recipe sounds really good but I can’t use the orgeat syrup due to allergies. Any idea what could be substituted? I want to keep that sweetness in the drink.
And totally unrelated….I’ve always liked Doug on the podcasts and now I see he is cute too! 😀
