The Aloe Vera is a play off a classic melon ball meets midori sour with a twist of crazy. The flavors play well together and it’s unique enough to be a stand-alone cocktail. We’re using Haamonii Smooth Shochu but you can substitute any citrus vodka to which you have access, or checkout Haamonii Lemon at D&M.
You can use Rose’s Lime Cordial (“Rose’s Lime Juice” in the States) or, as I always like, fresh lime juice. My mix was a bit of all, a half a squeezed lime with a bit of Rose’s to sweeten it further.
