The black manhattan, a manhattan style cocktail with Averna, a bitter liqueur known as an Amaro. This is a pretty easy whiskey cocktail if you can get your hands on some Averna.
We use Knob Creek Rye for this cocktail, which we realize later is 100-proof. Woah. But, it still works.
Oh, and Derrick drinks pure everclear. What?
