The Sunsetter Cocktail

The sunsetter, a definite bourbon cocktail with a great aroma. A take on the whiskey sour that does have a slightly more sour flavor but doesn’t get too far into the sour realm. The peach schnapps does help balance it out just a tad but a nice finish; the bourbon does get lost in here, so be careful as it misses a lot of alcohol bite.
