This is a big boy drink for those that really like gin… a good deal of gin. A fairly simple drink build with a very vibrant color design and a good use of carbonated water (unlike tonic and such). This drink is not Derrick’s style, as it just has way too much gin-forward flavor and is connected okay on flavor profile, but it just pretty straight forward gin.
Add some rhubarb bitters and you’ve got yourself a party with a bit more dynamic flavor and an off-dry flavor.
Kinda has that “toilet water” “2000 flushes” look and feel.

- 3 oz. Gin
- 1 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
- Top with Carbonated Water
- (optional) 4 dashes of rhubarb bitters
