Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! We’re chasing snakes out of Ireland with this beauty of a creation: The Pot o’ Gold. This is a special recipe developed to utilize G’Vine Gin, but you can experiment with any standard gin. The important ingredients, get yourself some midori (for green coloring and flavors), a few leaves of Basil (yeah, I said that right) and some simply syrup. A little pineapple juice and you’re on your way to becoming the next Patron Saint.
Okay, we’re not sure about any Sainthood but it’s a damn good time. This drink will expose you to some extremely complex flavors and give you a brand new respect for the arts of cocktail making.
