Tasting Notes: A champagne with citrus notes and nice elderflower taste. Definitely a champagne-like cocktail with a bit of “extra” but you may not be able to call out the elderflower, but probably the floral notes
A new years cocktail just isn’t going to be finished without a good champagne topping, right? This champagne cocktail comes with its typical zingy champagne and dryness but lots of lemon zesty appeal with floral flavors. I’m not a huge champagne drinker so bringing a cocktail with something different really makes it more appealing than the same ol’ champagne.
Recipe:
- 1 oz. Ketel One Citroen Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- Fill with Champagne
