The blue waffle does have a blue but I do not really feel a waffle, this is a cocktail popular at a club and often requested, but you have seen it here first! The recipe: 3/4 oz Light Rum, 3/4 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Orange Vodka, 1 oz Sprite, 1/4 oz Blue Curacao, Splash Orange Juice.
In the end, we learned the “blue waffle” isn’t exactly what it’s made out to be (google images can explain better than we can).
