Tasting Notes: Holy smoke! This cocktail comes ready and full with peat smoke and a bit of a honey finish that still has a peaty after-taste win out in the end. Of course, you can just use a non Islay scotch if you don’t care for the smoke.
We are getting some peat stroke today with this crazy honey badger shooter. To accomplish this feat, we are using Laphroaig in a shot… cask strength Laphroaig!
