The Knights Templar would love this drink because it uses lime. The Cruzan High Tai’d brings a big sweet start and a tart sour finish which is a bit crazy on the palate. Good acidity, good balance and interesting taste, worth a try. The flavor transition is a bit awkward but that gets better with bitters.
The only thing this drink needs…bitters! After the show we added two dashes of Cherry bitters to the drink and the flavor transition was perfect.

- 2 oz. Cruzan Peach Rum
- 2 oz. Cruzan Estate Diamond Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Patron Citronge
- 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
