Tasting Notes: Candied midori starts the tasting followed into tequila with a creamy consistency and an extremely dry finish.
Avocado Margarita is a blended cocktail with nice ripe avocado flavor and a nice tequila profile. Overall, sweet yet not too sweet with a dry finish. On our alcohol scale, probably close to a 3 out of 10. The aroma matches that of midori as well as the color even though we’ve got a half an avocado in there! Recipe:
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- 2 oz. White 100% Agave Tequila
- 1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Agave Nectar
