The Bahama Mama

The Bahama Mama, a highly requested cocktail with many variations in the mix (pun intended). This version of the Bahama Mama isn’t as red and it’s not as “suntan lotion” flavor of many other versions.

While there is a grainy mouth feel to this cocktail with cream of coconut, it doesn’t become too sweet on coconut. The flavor profile is close to that of a pina colada than anything.
