If there is one thing Derrick has a rough time with it’s campari. However, he loves tequila and tequila cocktails so it’s worth a try! Plus, it’s sorta some type of insane riff off an Americano or maybe a Negroni of sorts, although the ratios are off–apparently there is a real tequila negroni drink as well, but we digress…
This is a bitter cocktail, however the agave nectar (syrup) sweetens it a bit so it’s not saw strikingly bitter. But, the Tequiliano is still a bitter little tequila drink. It’s tequila drink month, so you gotta keep an open mind!
Tequiliano
– 2 oz Tequila
– 1 oz Campari
– 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
– 1/2 oz Agave Syrup
