Cape Codder
1 ½ oz. / 50ml Vodka, 4 ½ oz. / 150ml Cranberry Juice, Lime Wedge Garnish
Harvey Wallbanger
1.25 oz Vodka, 3 oz Orange juice, .5 oz Galliano
Add the vodka and the orange juice to a tall glass filled with ice. Stir, and float the Galliano on top. Garnish with an orange slice.
Sex on the Beach
1.5 oz Vodka, .5 oz Peach schnapps, 1.5 oz Orange or pineapple juice, 1.5 oz Cranberry juice, .5 oz Chambord or crème de cassis (optional)
Shake, strain, orange wheel garnish
Salty Dog
1.5 oz Vodka, 3 oz Grapefruit juice, 4 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
Rim a highball glass with salt. Shake the vodka (or gin) and grapefruit juice, pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Cosmopolitan
1.5 oz (citrus) vodka 1 oz Cointreau .5 oz Fresh lime juice 1 dash Cranberry juice
shake , strain , lime garnish
Sea Breeze
1 ½ oz. / 50ml Vodka, 4 oz. / 120ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice, 1 ½ oz. / 50ml Cranberry Juice, Lime Wedge Garnish
Lemon Drop Martini
2 oz Vodka, .5 oz Triple sec, 1 oz Simple syrup, 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
Coat the rim of a cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. (Do this a few minutes ahead of time so the sugar can dry and adhere well to the glass.). Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
