Today we create a fairly easy little rum drink that’s a take on the traditional screwdriver but with a bit more variety and a lot more taste–almost tiki like in its final design.
This drink focuses on that fresh squeezed orange juice and brings in a bit of orange liqueur and bitters with the only spirit is the Dark Rum by Goslings. You can use your favorite dark rum.
Bamboo Screwdriver
– 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
– 1 oz Dark rum (use Gosling’s)
– 1 oz Orange Liqueur
– 1/3 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
– 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
