The Mexican Cowboy Killer, a cocktail that brings a wide variety of tequila flavors. We are using 1921 tequila cream over standard Irish Cream because it’s a tequila base and that would fit just perfectly into this style of drink.

- 2 oz. Irish Cream
- 3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1 1/4 oz. Silver Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Patron XO Cafe
