Today we take a recipe from the Quady Winery’s website called the Palomino Cobbler, which utilizes the Palomino Fino White Wine / Sherry that they sent us.
This is a pseudo-sangria style recipe as it brings wine into a fruit muddled cocktail with fruits and berries–it comes out pretty tasty for a wine that’s very potent in your face.

– 2 oz Palomino Fino
– 1/2 oz simple syrup
– wedge lemon
– wedge orange
– wedge lime
– 6 blueberries
– 2 strawberries
