Tasting Notes: Nice chocolate and marshmallow flavor but the finish is a bit weak compared to what potential we could have had.
We’re still in search of the best s’mores cocktail/shooter and this time we’re bringing actual marshmallow flavor to the recipe. There is a good deal of cream and that may take a bit away from the chocolate and marshmallow. It would be great if we could find a graham cracker flavor.
Recipe:
- 1/2 oz. Marshmallow Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. Irish Cream
- 3/4 oz. Cream

February 6, 2012 at 1:13 pmMost S’more cocktails call for rimming the glass with crushed graham crackers. Other than that I’d suggest using original Godiva to cut down on the cream component.

June 17, 2014 at 7:18 pmMaybe try rumchata for graham cracker flavor? Kinda tastes like cinnamon toast crunch in milk to me, but maybe with the godiva and mallow vodka, it might just give it that graham-crackery goodness it lacks.
