Tasting Notes: First, it must be mentioned that the aroma is that of a caramel. Starts sweet with melon and ends with a sour bite, lemon and hints of vodka.
It has been far too long since we’ve had an opportunity to work an apple recipe with Apple Pucker and I think it’s time. Actually, we’ve got two apple recipes this week (the second will use Apple Schnapps instead). This cocktail brings the sweet and sour through the use of liqueur instead of fruit.
Question of the day: Lemons or limes?
Recipe:
- 1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1 oz. Apple Pucker
- 1 oz. Citrus Vodka
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
