The aperol spritz is easy, and tastes much like you’d expect, a dry and sweet combo of prosecco and aperol. Fruity, bitter, sweet, dry, all of the sensations all at once.
This cannot be an easier drink to make, you may not even want to measure, just eyeball it all. But the Aperol Spritz is supposed to be a fast and easy drink, we skip the club soda so as to not dilute our beautiful drink.
