The Hemingway Daiquiri – Drink Recipe – How We Do It!

Today we’ll show you how to make the Hemingway daiquiri cocktail recipe, which is also available in our recipe database: http://bit.ly/3UABDdl

The Hemingway daiquiri is a great changeup from a traditional daiquiri because of the added complexity of maraschino liqueur as well as a lighter tartness but fuller taste of grapefruit juice (fresh pressed) added to the design.

A standard daiquiri is simply a rum sour, but a Hemingway Daiquiri is a more grown up matured cocktail design pattern.

Hemingway Daiquiri – Our Way (3 servings at a time!)
– 4 oz light rum
– 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
– 1 oz maraschino liqueur
– 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
– 1.5 oz simple syrup

This is definitely the better of the daiquiris, if you have the ingredients to do so! Pickup some maraschino liqueur and build this cocktail, then try the Dorchester: https://youtu.be/HudJTxCZ-Eg
