The Age of Aquarius is a funky cool take on a mezcal cocktail that you probably wouldn’t see paired together in total ingredient count. Yes, we’ve had passion fruit and mezcal, we’ve had lime and mezcal, we’ve had honey and mezcal, heck, we’ve had campari and mezcal! But, to put them all together in a well structured drink that doesn’t have a single flavor dominate? That’s priceless.

The campari in here simply works, and does not take over the drink — that slight bitter bite lends itself well to the mix of tart passion fruit and sharp sweet honey.

Age of Aquarius
– 1.5 oz Mezcal
– 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
– 1/4 oz Honey Syrup
– 1/5 oz Campari (float)
– Optional Mint Garnish
