Today we make the hot cakes shooter, or, what you’d probably call a Pancake shooter because…hot cakes, pancakes … you know. This is another case of butterscotch turning into the flavor of maple syrup when combined with, in this situation, with fireball.
This is one of those tricky shots that give you a cool sensation when you bring orange juice with the combination of the shot on your tongue which gives you the breakfast shot flavor. Great parlor trick, great warm up shot for when friends are over and just a neat little game on the taste buds.
