While we’ve done the IBA version of this cocktail, it’s not really anything like this recipe, that Between The Sheets recipe was more like a lemonade while this one is more herbal flavored sour with Benedictine.
This build is still a bit sour much like the IBA version of Between the Sheets, but much less rum-flavored and probably a little less boozy compared to the other we have done.
