Age of Enlightenment, A Sherry Cocktail

Today we build out a sherry based cocktail by Curtis called the Age of Enlightenment. Are we being enlightened by the use of Sherry in a cocktail or is it something more symbolic?

This is a tequila based cocktail and we used our tequila from Cancun, direct from Mexico and it has a bit of a smokey appeal to it which is super exciting and different–not a Mezcal mind you!
