You don’t have to be Shaggy to understand the value of a Scooby Snack. This cocktail introduces Bailey’s once again and brings it along with some midori, pineapple juice and coconut rum. Together, the combination seems slightly odd, but when you drop some whip cream on top and “shake it up” all goes well.
