If you like a cocktail that takes a zillion ingredients the zombie is always a good start. Aside from the fact that the recipe card (at the end) has grapefruit listed twice, this still has a ton of ingredients for a single cocktail requiring a delicate balance.
Perhaps Ian mis-judged how many 6 drops really works out to for our drink build, but you can fix that at home if you want less absinthe taste in the finish. This is going to be a cocktail that can wreck your face and, surprising, Jennifer was perfectly fine with the absinthe amount in this drink even though she’s not an absinthe drinker at all.
Balanced with island spices and punches in the face. Try if you dare.
