We create the pumpkin cider martini for our first of two halloween cocktail episodes. This cocktail comes alongside two goofy dudes dressed up like idiots on camera.
This cocktail looks sweeter than it really is and the result is an intense blast of fire as you suck down what looks to be simple cider. The pumpkin flavor remains subtle against the apple cider and the finish does have a bit of a oak whiskey flavor.
Or, as Ian says, it tastes like “Halloween in a glass.”
