What the Dickens is a crazy name, but this seems like a take on a tiki drink that happens to contain…a bit of cognac. Not sure if it’s enough to really be a “cognac” cocktail, but it has the fruit juices, the bitters, and the rum which makes it a nice spring or summer cocktail.

What the Dickens?
– 1 oz. Rum
– ½ oz. Cognac
– ½ oz. Fresh lime juice
– 1½ oz. Pineapple juice
– ¾ oz. Simple syrup (1:1)
– 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
– 1 dash Angostura bitters
– Garnish: lime wheel
