This drink is a delicate gin-based cocktail with very focused flavors, so keeping things subtle is the most important component. Walnut bitters, and bitters in general, lift up the standard Martini and create more of an experience around gin and a bit less vermouth.
Walnut Martini
– 2 oz London Dry Gin
– 1 oz Dry Vermouth
– 1 ml Boy Drinks World Walnut Bitters
– Lemon Twist
