Pisco is a colorless or yellowish-to-amber colored spirit produced in winemaking regions of Peru and Chile. We’re going to use Pisco to make the most classic cocktail using the spirit: a Pisco Sour.

A simple, off-dry cocktail that’s just sour enough with a hint of sweetness and the essence of Pisco. A fantastic spring and summer cocktail drink recipe!

Pisco Sour
– 2 oz Pisco
– 1 oz Lime Juice
– 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
– 1 egg white
– Angostura Bitters (Garnish)
