This has rye, it has orgeat, it even has lemon juice…but the core component is angostura bitters, this recipe uses 1.5 oz angostura bitters. Our version is straight up 1 oz of angostura bitters, you do what you think works best.

Trinidad Sour (with 1.5 oz bitters)
– 1.5 oz Angostura bitters
– 0.5 oz Rye Whiskey
– 1.0 oz Orgeat / Almond syrup
– 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
