This recipe is basically classic in design, bitters, sugar, spirit, how can you go wrong?! Gin is a spirit for spring so that makes this a spring cocktail, it’s that easy.
The Spring Old Fashioned
– 2 oz. Aviation gin
– ¼ oz. Simple syrup
– 2 dashes Orange bitters
– 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
– Garnish: orange peel
– Garnish: lemon peel
It looks like a cosmopolitan that’s been overly vodkad.
