Orgeat Syrup:

The scorpion bowl is no doubt one of the most memorable drinks which you leave the bar stumbling. Great with dinner (helps absorb the food) and brings juicy flavor with a bit of kick. However, that “bit” of kick cannot be misinterpreted, we’re talking about 7 ounces of spirit in this little punch bowl size.

The Scorpion Bowl Drink:
– 6 oz Orange Juice
– 4 oz Lemon Juice
– 1 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
– 6 oz Light Puerto Rican Rum
– 1 oz Brandy
– 16 oz Crushed Ice

We used a tiki mug because we couldn’t find our scorpion bowl, but it worked out well!
