How To Make The Passport To Hell

Tasting Notes: Cough syrup blended with black licorice and sprite, that’s your taste profile: love it or hate it!

A Passport to Hell must have the aroma of fennel because the list of ingredients from Red Stag to Sambuca really challenge the senses. I’d imagine a passport to hell should be black and maybe have fire-like text on each of the pages. Who would stamp such a thing?

Recipe:

  • 1/2 oz. Red Stag Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1/2 oz. Sambuca

“I’d imagine a passport to hell should be black and maybe have fire” The recipe its right but you don`t have to use sambuca. Here in romania this is quite a famouse shot. Here we`re doing it like that 1/2 oz. Red Stag Bourbon, 1/2 oz. Brandy, 1/2 oz. Triple Sec, we shake it WITHOUT ice to be able to light it and after you poure it in the shot, you set it on fire and you grab a spoon, a small one, with brown sugar and you keep the spoon on the flame that the shot provides ulntil the sugar gets melted, than u strike the edge of the shot with the spoon so the melted sugar will fall in the shot.
After this grab a straw and drink it (so you don`t burn youre lips cause the shot glass its verry hot ).
In the end I want to say that you have a verry nice show and I hope you`ll mail me back with you`re oppinion about my advice.
