Tasting Notes: Hot cinnamon with a sweet light oak experience. You may have to work to bring out some of the flavors as you’re palate experiences a cinnamon attack in your mouth.
Time to bring Devil’s Cut to our desk and see how it plays with Cinnamon Whiskey in a cocktail known as the Hellfire Shooter. This shooter brings an oak, but it’s not overly intense in the oak experience primarily because your body is going “holy crap, that’s a lot of cinnamon” so the bourbon is rounded out with the heat of the spice. Balanced, sweet and fun.
