The recipe we’re using for the dorchester is more than one serving. It contains enough fun for a double old fashioned. This drink brings just enough fruity notes, makes the best use of Maraschino on the planet (similar to that of the Hemingway Daiquiri) and isn’t strong enough to knock you over without several “servings”. The perfect social sipper.
Dorchester
– 3 oz London Dry Gin
– 2.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
– 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
– 0.75 oz Maraschino Liqueur
