This drink brings fruity citrus flavored paired against lightly sweet molasses (rum) with little to no black licorice finish (just a hint). This drink isn’t nearly that complicated to make but comes out tasting great, as long as you can get your hands on some good demerara rum.

It’s tiki month and The Beachcomber’s Punch compliments our time well, something fruity without being overly boozy, a good porch rocker or pool drink, in batches!

Beachcomber’s Punch
– 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
– 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
– 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
– 1.5 oz Demerara Rum
– dash of Angostura
– 6 drops of Pernod
– 6 oz Crushed Ice
